I run a pharmacy business in Patna, Bihar. I also offer digital marketing services through Adtorix.To build a real case study, I decided to run a Facebook Lead Generation campaign for my own pharmacy. Real budget. Real results. No fake screenshots.
The Setup
→ Campaign Objective: Lead Generation
→ Budget: ₹200/day
→ Location: Mithapur, Patna — 5km radius
→ Audience: Age 25-55, no interest targeting
→ Ad Format: Video ad
→ Lead Form: Name + Phone number only
The ad creative was a simple video recorded at the pharmacy — authentic, local, real.
Day 1 Results
→ Leads generated: 6
→ Cost per Lead: ₹17.23
→ Amount spent: ₹103
→ Reach: 1,936 people
→ Impressions: 2,225
Key Learnings
1. Hyperlocal targeting works.5km radius in a specific area = highly relevant audience = low CPL.
2. Simple creative beats polished. A real video shot at the pharmacy converted better than any stock image would have.
3. Lead form should have a maximum of 2 fields. Name + Phone only. Every extra field reduces the completion rate.
4. Not every lead is a buyer.6 leads came in — 2 showed genuine interest. That's 33% — above industry average.
